Images taken at the Young Israel of Ocean Parkway Dinner. Rabbi Herbert W. Bomzer was the Rabbi. At that year a group of Young Marrieds and Young Adults organized to renovate the Shul and have fund raising activities. The neighborhood had many young married couples who eventually moved away to build a new home and family,

The older folks in the congregation consisted of the Continentals who were Holocaust survivors who built a renewed life in America and were honorable members of the shul.

Unfortunately, most of them are no longer alive but their families respect their memories.
